Who is invign?
Our Story
Invign was started by Steve Brenneman, Lucas Landis & Evan Bontrager in 2020. Lucas (CEO) is a former owner and sales/marketing Executive of ATC Trailers which introduced Lean concepts to the Enclosed Trailer industry. Evan (COO) is a former owner/operator of Nappanee Window, who developed products for the RV industry until 2008.
Steve was President and CEO of both ATC and Nappanee Window. All 3 have a combined 34 years of experience in the manufacturing space, specifically catering to the RV/Trailer markets.
Our Vision
Invign has recognized a growing need for sophisticated, process driven solutions to serve various industries in the Elkhart County manufacturing industries. Our vision is to provide products that can be developed, produced and delivered utilizing Lean processes, customer focused learning, and fast, iterative development cycles. We believe this approach will provide customers with innovative products that seamlessly integrate with an OEM's production process; eliminating lead times, improving quality, and reducing wasteful, extra work.
Continuous Improvement
Continuous Improvement is at the heart of our business philosophy. The old adage, "If it isn't broke, don't fix it." runs counter to our vision. Improving and innovating products and services for our customers requires constant re-evaluation of what and how we do things. We intend for our products and business model to transform the way in which business and product delivery occur. This doesn't happen by resting on past success.
